I learnt that if you run you have to have lots of stamina. It means you have lots of energy and you can run from one place to another without stopping. Some of the athletes who do this event are Nick Willis, who represents New Zealand and Asbel Kiprop, who represents Kenya. I picked these two athletes because Nick willis runs for New Zealand and he has successfully won gold, silver and bronze medals across a range of competitions. I picked Asbel Kiprop because he represents Kenya and Kenya is the best at 800 meter running!

For running you have to have the right shoes and the right clothes because if you wear heavy shoes and clothes you can not win the race. There are lots of running events like 100 meters, 200, and 800 meters. For the 800 meter run David Rudisha holds the world record of 1:40:91 and the Olympic record of 1:40:91.

My School Holidays

In my holiday’s I stayed home playing NBA2K13 On my PE3. I do my career when I am by myself but when my brother you're my sister comes to play we play one on one. For my career I my Lebron James who plays for the Miami Heats.

On my career teams try to buy me like LA Lakers and Oklahoma city thunder, but I say no because I am in the best team. In my team I have Wade, Cole, Chalmers, bosh, and of cause Lebron James. But it is really annoying because one your two teams try to buy me after I play game.

When I play my career I like to play in the finals because you have to beat a team for times to move on to the next round. The teams you vs is the team in your side like East vs East and West vs West once you come first you vs the winner from the other.

I won the final three times in a row, hopefully I can make it four times. What I enjoy about NBA2K13 is the players.

Lebron James Vs Tony Parker

Lebron James is going is going and steps Tony Parker and gets a dunk? This is the NBA playoff championship when two team fight for the championship cup San Antonio Spurs vs Cleveland Cavaliers. Lebron James vs Tony Parker for the MVP.

The 1st quarter has started lebron goes for two point and he gets it in how it is Parker turn he goes for a three point and gets blocked by Lebron and gets a run away and gets a big dunk. Now it is the 2nd quarter Parker gets the first two point now Lebron goes for a three point and gets it in.

How it onto the 3nd quarter Lebron gets a dunk over Parker how gets a three point in Lebron with two point in. Now it is the 4th quarter it even 5 seconds left Lebron goes from half way and it is in it is over Cleveland Cavaliers has won their 2nd cup Lebron has won the MVP

Sunk By A Whale

In 1820 there was a wooden ship called the Essex that went out to hunt for whales. They were hunting in the Pacific Ocean for a whale that they called Moby Dick.

The 32 meter whale was so big his head crashed in to the boat twice leaving  a hole for all the water to get in. The ship sunk with everyone in it all of the crew members lost their lives and only 20 survivor the sinking.

The youngest crew member Owen Coffin die when the other crew members killed him and eat him. It took 3 months for the 20 survivor to get home in the 3 lifeboats thats was on the Essex. Finally  ship came by to save the 20 survivors.
